I,John F.Hibbert,a resident of Houston,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct thc..t all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon after my decease as may be found convenient.
ITEM II.I give,devise and bequeath all of the property,both real,
personal and mixed,of which I may die seized to my wife,Nelle H.Hibbert.
ITEM III.In the event my said wife,Nelle H.Hibbert,should prede-
cease me or in the event we should be killed as a result of a common accident,
I hereby bequeath and devise all my propen:y,both real,personal and mixed,
of which I may die seized to my two sons,John F.Hibbert,Jr.and William
T.Hibbert,share and share alike.In the event one of my said sons predeceases
me leaving issue,his share is to go to such issue,per stirpes;or in the event he
leaves no issue,then to the survivor or his issue.
ITEM IV.I hereby nominate and appoint my wife,Nelle H.Hibbert,to
be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event she should
predecease me or be unable to serve,I hereby nominate and appoint both my
sons,John F.Hibbert,Jr.and William T.Hibbert as Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament.In the event for any reason they should be unable
to serve,I hereby nominate and appoint the WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA NA-
TIONAL BANK,McKeesport,Houston Offiee,Houston,Pennsylvania,as
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
