I,FRANK L.HARTMAN,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature
thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct my just debts,funeral expenses and costs
of administration to be paid as soon as may be conveniently done
after my death.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
after the payment of all my just debts,shall be given to my
Attorneys,TEMPEST and SIMMONS,for services rendered by them dur-
ing my life time.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint WRAY E.BICKERT N,
TEMPEST a SIMMONS
