ITEM I.I hereby direct the payment of my jUEt debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my decease as may be found ccnvenient.
ITEM II.I hereby give,devise and bequeath all of the property of
which I may die seized,whether the same be real,personal or mixed to my
son,Wilbur L.DePoe.
ITEM III.In the event my said son should predecease me I hereby
give,devise and bequeath all of the property of which I may de seized to
my grandson,Jon L.De Poe.
