FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as may be found convenient. SECOT'ID:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, real,personal and mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever situate, which I may own or shall have the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,cevise and bequeath unto my daughter,CLARA F.CROFT, she to take,have and hold the same to her own use absolutely and forever. It is my desire that my said daughter,CLARA F. CROFT,use and apply so much of the estate hereby given and devised to her,towards the maintenance and support of my husband,EDMUN S.CROFT, as will permit him to maintain and continue the same standard of living to which he is now accustomed,and in the event of the sale of my interest in the "Morgan Building'!during the lifetime of my said daughter,to share so much of the proceeds thereof with my said husband,EDMUN S.CROFT, and my two sons,JOHN M.CROFT and JAMES EDMUN CROFT,as she, in her sole discretion,might deem advisable. It is my intention,however,that the desires herein- above expressed shall be construed as being solely precatory in nature and shall in no wise be construed as cutting down or otherwise diminishing the absolute and complete gift and devise of my whole estate to my said daughter, Clara F.Croft.This disposition of my estate has been made with the hope that it will in some way repay my said daughter for her contribution towards the maintenance,well-being and happiness of myself and my husband,and with full confidence that she will use the estate herein given and devised to her as she,in her own mind,might determine best for herself,her father and brothers. THIRD:FINALLY,I do nominate,constitute and appoint my brother,JAMES W.MORGAN,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.In case of his death,incapacity or refusal to act as Executor, I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,CLARA F. CROFT,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.I direct that my said Executor or Executrix shall not be required to give bond in any jurisdiction in which he or she may be required to act.
