LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

MARGARET (ALLISON)HAYS
J,MARGARET (ALLISON)HAYS,a resident of the Borough
of Burgettstown,WEshington Co~nty,Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and disposing memory,do hereby make,publish,and declare
this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making null and void any other will or wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
First:I direct my executrix and executor herein-
after named to pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as the same may be conve~ient after my decease.
Second:All of my estate,both real,personal or
mixed,wheresoever the same may be found or situate,I give,de-
vise,and bequeath to my daughter Jean (Hays)Klein,a~d my son
Gera:d Blake Hays,in equal shares.
Third:I nominate,constitute,and appoint Jean
(Hays)Klein and Gerald Blake Hays to be the executrix and the
executor of my said estate,and I direct that they shall not be
required to give a bond covering the faithful performance of the
trust I hereby repose in them.
