LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF IDA M.CLARK
I,IDA M.CLARK,widow of Moses H.Clark,of the city
of uniontown,Fayette county,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my
Last Will and Testament,and revoke all Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath unto my son and
daughter-in-law,Lloyd L.clark and Ethna D.Clark,his wife,
for and during the term of their natural lives and for the life
of the survivor of them and upon the hereafter recited condi-
tions,and at the death of the survivor of them,I give,devise
and bequeath the same unto my grandson,Melford D.Clark,his
heirs and assigns forever,ALL that certain lot of land situate
at No.41 Oakland Avenue in the city of Uniontown,Fayette
county,pennsylvania,and fronting forty (40)feet on the west
side of Oakland Avenue and extending back of uniform width a
distance of one hun~ed and fifty (150)feet to an alley,and
being the Northern forty (40)feet of Lot No.14 in cope
Addition as recorded in plan Book 1,Page 169,and conveyed to
Moses H.clark by J.C.Work and Joseph H.Kerr,Executors of
the Will of Asa Harris,deceased,by deed dated October 22,
1901,and recorded in the Recorderts Office of Fayette County,
pennsylvania,in Deed Book vol.194,Page 296,and being part
of the same land devise,d to me by the Will of my late husband,
Moses H.clark,as recorded in the Registerts Office of
Fayette co~ty,pennsylvania,in Will Book 21,Page 147;my
said son and daughter-in-law,Lloyd L.Clark and Ethna D.
Clark,his wife,shall pay all taxes,interest and repairs
thereon promptly as the same shall become due and payable
during their lifetime,or the lifetime of the survivor of them.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,
Della Clark Hennessey,her heirs and assigns forever,my sewing
machine and my Haviland China set of dishes.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath unto my daughter,
Della Clark Hennessey,her heirs and assigns forever,the sum
of T,hirty-five Hundred Dollars ($3500.00).
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my estate,real
and personal,I give and devise to my daughter,Della clark
Hennessey,and my grandson,Melford D.clark,their heirs and
assigns forever,share and share alike.
FIFTH:I appoint my daughter,Della clark Hennessey,
Executrix of this my Will.
IN WI1NESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament,which consists of three (3)pages,
to each of which I have affixed my signature,this 2nd day of
November,one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one (1951).
