LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNA LEE HART,of the City of Washington,Washington
ounty,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and makipg void any and all
other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,which I may own or have
the right to dispose of at the time of my death,I give,devise
and bequeath unto my husband,GEORGE HART,provided only he is
living thirty days after my death.
2.In the event my said husband is not so living,I the
give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real and personal as
aforesaid,absolutely,to my daughter,DOROTHY AMON.
3.I hereby appoint my daughter,DOROTHY AMON,as
Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
