I,WILLIAM J.BURKE,of Peters Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make
this my Last Will and Testament as follows:
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conenientlv

may be done after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all of my esta te,real,
personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wh8~esoever situate,
to my three children,viz:WILLIAM JAMES BURKE,MARGARET
VIRGINIA BURKE,and RUTH ANN BURKE,share and share alike,who
are to be my residuary legatees and devisees.
LASTLY:I hereby appoint WILLIAM JAMES BURKE to be
the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
