LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOHN JACOB HENDERSON,of Vestaburg,in the County of
Washington,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,and
cons:dering the uncertainty of life,do,therefore,make,ordain,publish
and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
FIRST,I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named,
pay all my just debts and funderal ~xpenses as soon after m~,decease as
conveniently may be.
SECOND,After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,I
give,devise,and bequeath,unto my beloved daughter,EVA HENDERSON
VALETA,wife of PETER VALETA of R.D.#2,Washington.Pennsylvania
the sum of Five ($5.00)Dollars.
THIRD,I hereby direct that the balance of my estate,consisting of
my property,both real and personal,and effects of every name and nature,'
which [now have,may die possessed of,or may be entitled to,be given to
my beloved son,JAMES RAY HENDERSON of West Chestnut Street,Ext.,
Washir:..gton,Pennsylvania.
FOURTH,I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my son,JAMES
RAY H~NDERSON,sole Executor of this,my last Will and Testame nt,and t
is my wish,and I do hereby request that he may not be compelled to give
any bond or security as such Exec:.ltor,and that he may settle the estate in
his own way,and sell a:..y or all of the real or personal property,at public
sale,as he may think best,and pay the debts without being corn.pe:led to
account to the County,or any other Court;and I do hereby revoke all and
every fermer will by me made.
