burg.Washington County~Pennsylvania~being of sound and disposing mind~
memory and understanding~d,)hereby make.publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament~hereby revoking all testamentary writings heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all my just
debts~administration and funeral expenses"including the placing of a suitably
inscribed grave marker upon -:he place of my interment.
SECOND:I give"and bequeath the sum of THREE HUNDRED and
no/lOOths ($300.00)DOLLARS.to each of my grandchildren who are living at the
time of my death.If any of my said grandchildren shall then be a minor.I
direct that the bequest herein made to such minor grandchild shall be paid or
distributed to the parents.for the use and benefit of such minor grandchild.
THIRD:All the rest~residue and remainder of my estate.real
and personal.of whatever nat:lre and wheresoever situate.which I may own or
shall have the right to dispose of at the time of my death~I give.devise and
bequeath.in equal shares~to and among those of my children who shall be living
at the time of my death.
FOURTH:I appo~nt my daughter~SHIRLEY MAE DAVIDSON.
Executrix of this my Will.but in case of her death.incapacity or refusal to act
or continue as my Executrix.I appoint my daughter"NANCY LEE FENNELL.
Exeoutrix.I give to my Executrix~in addition to the authority conferred by
law"the power to sell any or 3.11 of my property.real or personal~at public
or private sale.at such time 3.nd for such price and upon such terms and
conditions as she may see fit.or in her discretion to retain the same for
distribution in kind.and the power.but not the duty,to invest any cash without
being limited to "legal"investments.

receiving or having a beneficial :'nterest in any such property,whether under
this Will or otherwise,shall at c.ny time be required to contribute to or refund
any part thereof.
