I,LORENZO CRECC!,of the Village of Cecil,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,pUblish and declare this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all testamentary writings
by me heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate,
unto my wife,Rose Checca,for and during the term of her natural
life,with the right and privilege of using and consuming the
corpus,if that be necessary,for her support and maintenance.
3.Upon the death of my wife,I give,devise and bequeath
all of my estate,whether real or personal,unto my two children
in the following proportions:three-fourth thereof ~o my
daughter,Ridenda Checca,and one-fourth thereof to my son,
Roland Cbecca.
ShJuld my son,Roland Checca,predecease me or predecease
my wife leaving issue then his one-fourth share shall go to his
issue.Should my said son predecease me or predecease my wife
without leaving issue then I give,devise and bequeath his one-
fourth share to my daughter,Ridenda Checca.
4.I authorize and empower my executor hereinafter named
or his successor,for the payment of debts or for any purpose of
administration or distribution during the life of my Wife,and
at the death of my said wife I direct my executor,to sell all
or any of my real estate,at public or private sale,for such
--priC"es ar:d upon such terms as to cash and credit as he ma:y'-1'reem

best,and to execute deeds of conveyance thereof,without liabili~y
on the part of the purchasers to see to the application of the
purchase moneys.This power shall not be construed to work a
conversion of my real estate,unless and until the power is
actually exercised,nor shall this power be construed to extend
the lien of debts.
5.I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Lawrence
Checca,Executor of this my Will.
In Witness ~hereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this kId day of May,1949.,
Signed,sealed,published and declared by Lorenzo Checca,
the above named testator,as and for his Last Will and Testament,
in the ?resence of us,who at his request,in his presence,and
