I,GEORGE W.HENDERSON,of Donora,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke
all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid and that
a headstone be erected for both my wife's and my grave in the family
plot at Homewood Cemetery,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,and that same
conform with the others already erected therein.
SECOND:I bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)to
my daughter,Rebecca 1.Dambaugh,of Donora,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I bequeath the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)to my
granddaughter,June Welter Potter,of Warington,Florida.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath all my household effects,in equal shares,
to my daughter,Rebecca 1.Dambaugh,and my granddaughter,June Welter
Potter,it being understood that I presently reside with my daughter,
Rebecca 1.Dambaugh,and that any household effects I have given or may
give her are not to be considered as part of this bequest or charged against
her distributive share.
FIFTH:I give my father's watch to my great grandson,Guy Potter.
SIXTH:I give my wife's wristwatch to my great granddaughter,Joy Potter.
SEVENTH:I give my wife's ring to my daughter,Rebecca 1.Dambaugh,
with the request that she pass it o~to my great granddaughter,Joy Potter.
EIGHTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,I give,devise
and bequeath as follows:
A.Five per cent (5%)I give to my great granddaughter.
Joy Potter.
B.Five per cent (5%)I give to my great grandson,Guy Potter.
c.The remaining ninety per cent (90%)is to be divided equally
among my daughter,Rebecca 1.Dambaugh,my son.William E.Henderson,
and my granddaughter.June Welter Potter.
NINTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,Rebecca 1.Dambaugh.
as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 10m day of July,1959.

who,in his presence,at his request,and in the presence of each other,
