LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

NICOLINA CIALONE-
I,Nicolina Cialone,of New Eagle,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and
all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenie~t.
SEC'JND:All of my real estate and household furnishings
I give,devise and bequeath unto my three (3)beloved sons,Albert
Cialone,A!mond Cialone and Angelo Cialone,share and share alike
and to be equally divided among them.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatsoever nature or whereso-
ever Situate,I give,devise and bequeath unto my six (6)beloved
children,Albert Cialone,Anna Pergola,Maggie Mamie,Mary Visco,
Armond Cialone and Angelo Cialone,share and share alike and to be
equally divided among them.
FOCRTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son,
Albert (ialone,as the executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
