LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNA HALULKA,of Atlasburg,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
make and publish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore ade
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the sum of
One Hundred and no/IOO Dollars ($lOO.OO)each to the following gra d-
children:Christopher Malick,J~seph Malick and Debra Malick.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder
of my estate,real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeat
as follows:two-thirds (2/3)of my residual estate to my son-in-
law Pete Blue,one-sixth (1/6)of my residual estate to Virginia
Tomlan,and one-sixth (1/6)of my residual estate to Alice K~pisch
FOURTH:I intentionally 0 itted any bequest
to y son Frank Halulka,and do so knowingly.
