BE IT REMEMBERED that I,ANNA DUNN,of R.D.#1,
Fredericktown,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do make,publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testa~ent hereby revokinq and makinq null and
void any and all Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature
thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that upon my death,that all of
my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as conveniently
may be.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my
property,both real and personal,to my son,Gerald New.However,
I reserve for my husband,Harry S.Dunn,a life estate in the
home and real estate upon which we are now living,which is
located in Deemston Borough,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my
son,Gerald New,to be the executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,and he is t~serve without the necessity of
posting bond.
