That I,Mrs .Clara Huber ,of Coal Center
in the County OJ Washington and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last '{l'(flill and Uestament,hereby -revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut or
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my personal belongs to my three
sons,Marion H.Huber,Charles J.Huber and Ed~ard B.Huber,
to be divided equally.
Third:The house,iliot and garage,located in the borough of Coal Center
Spring Street,is to be appraised,and,if either one of my
sons wishes to purcgaee it,he be given the opportunity to
do so at the appraised value.
Fourth:All monies that are obtained from the sale of the above
