FIRST:I order and direct that my Executors herein- after named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. SECOND:I hereby direct that my Executors hereinafter mentioned,sell all my real estate wheresoever the same may be si- tuate,at either public or private sale,and upon such terms asthey may deem to be to the best interests of my estate,and I do further empower my said Executors hereinafter named,to execute such agree- ments and deeds as may be necessary for the proper conveyance of the same. THIRD:I hereby give and bequeath to my sister-in- law,Mrs.Myrtle Vitatoe of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,my dining room suite. FIFTH:All the rest and residue of my furniture,I hereby give and bequeath to my two step-daughters,Josephine Banfield Morgan of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania and Ann Banfield Evans of Charler- oi,Pennsylvania,share and share alike. SIXTH:I do hereby give and bequeath the sum of twelve hundred ($1200.00)dollars to my grandson,William Charles Morgan Jr. and I do hereby further appoint as Testamentary Guardian of my grand- son,William Charles Morgan Jr.,the Washington Union Trust Company of Washingto~,Pennsylvania,to act as his guardian until he reaches his majority. T SEVENTH:I do hereby give and bequeath the sum of eight hundred ($800.00)dollars,to my grandson,John Banfield Morgan JF.,and I fio hereby further appoint as Testamentary G~rdian of my grand-son,Wmhn Banfield Morgan,Jr.,the Washington Union Trust Company of Washington,Pennsylvania,to act as his guardian until he reaches his majority. EIGHTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my grandson, William Charles Morgan,Jr.,all moneys received from the 'sale of my one-third undivided interest in and to the four and one half aCres of land adjacent to the Borough of Canonsburg.If the said real estate is sold during the minority of the said minor,William Charles Morgan,Jr.,the said moneys shall be paid to the Washington Union Trust Company,his Testamentary Guardian. NINTH:I hereby give and bequeath to Josephine Banfiel Morgan all gas well royalties and interest that I may have in said gas wells. TENTH:I hereby give and bequeath to the First Baptist Church of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,the sum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00)dollars. ELEVENTH:I hereby give and bequeath to my daughter, Mrs.Josephine Banfield Morgan of Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,the sum of two hundred and fifty ($250.00)dollars.
