WILL OF CHARLES Y.HENRY
•
I,Charles V.Henry,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking
any other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
~I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
~All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate I give,devise and
bequeath to my wife,Ruth Gray Henry,if she be living at the
time of my decease.Provided,however,that if my said wife
shall have predeceased me or we shall have died in a common
disaster then and in such event I direct that my said estate
shall be divided equally between my sons,Joseph E.Henry and
Charles V.Henry Jr.
~I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,
Ruth Gray Henry,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,provided however,that if she shall have predeceased
me or shall be unable to act then and in such event I appoint
my sons,Joseph E.Henry and Charles V.Henry Jr.,to be
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
