I,Jane M.Cummins or Jennie ~oore Cummins being of sound mind
and disposing memory do hereby make,publish,and declare this as

and for my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making null
and void any other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct my execut~hereinafter named to pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient
after my decease.
2.I give,devise,and bequea th to Jennie Marie (Ray)Holmes
the sum of TWo Hundred ($200.00)Dollars.
,3.All the res:and residue of the estatp,I give,devise and
bequeath to ~y surviving brothers and sister that is to
say,Robert Reed Cummins,John J.Cummins,Ellen M.Young
and D.M.Cummins share and share alike.
'4.Should any of the above named legatees be deceased at the
time of my death then the share of such deceased legatee
shall be divided equally between my surviving brothemand
sister.
