I,JOHN R.HASSICK,of the City of Monessen,Westmoreland
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,
do hereby make,declare and publish this to be my Last Will and
Testament,revoking any and all former Wills by me heretofore made,.
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be
promptly paid.
2nd.I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,
to my Seven (?)children,Albert Hassick,Helen Fezer,Adam Hassick,
Rudolph Hassick,Mildred Hassick,Alfred Hassick and Dorothy Stefan~
sky,in equal One-seventh (l/?)shares and proportions.
3rd.I constitute and appoint my said son,Albert Hassick,
to be the Executor of this Will,and I expressly authorize him to
sell,at public or private sale,and to mortgage or encumber any
and all of my real estate,and to make,execute and deliver proper,
lawful deeds,mortgages or other instruments of writing reasonably
necessary in the proper aiministration of my estate.
