County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare the following as and for my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any will,wills or testamentary writings by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRSI':I direct that all my j~st debts and funeral expenses be paid,by
my executor hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be done after my dece see
SIDOND:I give,bequeath and devise all the remainder and resitue of my
estate of which I die seized or to Which I may become entitled,real,personal
or mixed,of whatever kini and where~er situate,to my husband,CHARLES HOSKINS,
absolutely;however,should he predecease me or should we both die in a common
