I,WI~LIAM L.DINSMORE,of Buffalo Village,Hopewell
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby decla.re this to be
my last Will and reyoke all Wills which I have previously made.
ITEM I.I direct that the expenses d my last illness
and funeral be paid as soon as practicable after my death.
ITEM II.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal I give,devise and bequeath to IT_y wife,Adeline
Golden Dinsmore if she survives me by three (3)calendar months.I
authorize my execut:>rs to pay such portion of my estate as they,in their
discretion,deem pr:>per for the support,comfort and welfare of Adeline
Golden Dinsmore ar:.d for her funeral and headstone should she die within
said three (3)month period.In the event that Adeline Go~den Dinsmore
fails to survive me by three (3)calendar months,then I g:.ve,devise and
bequeath all this residue of my estate in excess of the sums which may
have been distributed to or for Adeline Golden Dinsmore t:>my two children,
Mrs.Betty Lou Dinsmore Smith of 2555 Jefferson Avenue)Washington,
Pennsylvania,and V\.rilliam L.Dinsmore,Jr.of 1969 Shady Oak Drive,
R.D.3,Allison Pa:ck,Pennsylvania,share and share alike and to their
several heirs and assigns.

Smith,my daughter,and William L.Dinsmore,Jr.,my son,Executrix
and Executor of this my Will.In the event that either is unable or unwill-

powers subject to the duties which both would have had.
