KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,That I,PETER

CARGNONI,of North Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsyl-.
vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby
make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void all wills or
writi~gs in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
In the event that I die seized of that certain
house and lot situate in North Strabane Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,heretofore conveyed to me by Pittsburgh
Coal Company,a Corporation,by deed dated October 23,1944,and
of record in Deed Book 693,page 262,in the Recorder's Office
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,I give and devise the said
premises unto James Cargnoni,the son of Giacomo Cargnoni of
North Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,his
heirs and assigns forever,but in the event that the said premises
are sold or conveyed by me in my lifetime,this devise shall be
thereby revoked and avoided,nor shall the said James Cargnoni
have any interest in the proceeds thereof.I hereby appoint the
aforesaid Giacomo Cargnoni testamentary guardian of the estate of
the aforesaid James Cargnoni as to any property passing unto the
aforesaid James Cargnoni under and by virtue of this,my Last
Will and Testament.
All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed of whatsoever kind and whe~oever situate

I give,devise and bequeath,share and share alike,unto my
nephews,the sons of my brother,Salvatore Cargnoni,of LaVTange
in the Province of Brescia,Italy,and if any of the said nephews
shall be deceased,his share shall be divided per stirpes among
his children,and in the event no children shall survive him,
then the share of said deceased nephew shall be divided equally
among the surviving nephews.
I nominate,constitute and appoint Giacomo Cargnoni
of North Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and direct that he
shall employ the services of the firm of Zeman &Zeman of
Canonsburg,Pennsylvania,as attorneys in the Administrat~on of
my Estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
