do make this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills
at any time heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that my Executrix pay my lawful debts and funeral
expenses as soon as convenient,after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,be the same
real,personal or mixed,I give,deVise and bequeath to my children only in
equal shares per stirpes.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,ROSE DeSTEFA 0
Executrix under this my Last Will and Testament and I direct that no bond or
other security shall be required in any jurisdiction of the Executrix herein
named.
