W ILL I,CONSIGLIA BORELLA,of Midway,Washington County, Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament,here- by revoking and making void all wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST:It is my will and I nereby direct my executor hereinafter named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease. SECOND:In the event at the time of my decease there is insufficient personal property in my estate to pay all costs in- cident to my death and burial,then it is my will and I direct my executor hereinafter named,to make public sale of all real estate of which I may die seized applying the proceeds derived therefrom as follows: I direct that he shall first pay therefrom all of my last debts and funeral expenses. All of the rest and residue of my estate thereafter remaining,I give,devise and bequeath to my sons namely: Pete Borella,and John Borella,share and share alike. Snould my son or sons predecease me,it is my will and I direct that tneir children snall receive that part of my estate the parent would have received had he been living at toe time of my death.
