Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and
declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament,revoking
any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses of
my last illness be paid as soon as possible after my death.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my entire estate,real,per-
sonal and mixed,and wherever situated,unto my nephew,CURTIS
D.HENDERSON.
3.I nominate and appoint my nephew,CURTIS D.HENDERSON,
of the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to
act as Executor of my estate,if he survives me.
