LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Joseph Burvan,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
pennsylvania,a widower,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do make and declare this my last will and tes-
tament,at Charleroi,Pennsylvania,this 15th day of May,1946.
First-I direct that all my just debts be paid.
Second-I give and bequeath my personal property
consisting of household goods,and also my
Real Property consisting of two dwellings,
known as 916 and 918 Meadow Avenue in the
Bonough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,in equal shares to my four
children,namely Theresa,Paul,Joseph and
John Burvan.
Thirdw I direct that my above named children pay
out of my Estate the sum of $500.00 (Flve-
Hundred Doxlars)to Anna Sabol,the daughter
of my deceased wife,born before our marriage.
Fourth-It is my wish that any two of my children
occupy the dwellings above described so they
would remain in the family,and payoff in
cash the other two according the market value
of the property at the time of my death.
Fifth-I appoint my daughter Theresa and son Paul my
sole Executors
