I,NELLE HODOR,widow of Stanley Hadar,of Canton Township.
Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby make my Last Will and Testa-
ment and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
ITEM I.I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of ,
my illness and funeraL I direct that my executor and executrix shall include
for payment as debts any amounts which Amil S.Hadar,my son,or Mildred
Hadar Ziemba.my daughter,may advance to me or pc..y out for me for main-
tenance or medical attention and for my care and comfort in the event that I
undergo a long illness or disability.
ITEM II.All the rest,residue and remainc.er of my estate,real
or personal,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares to Mildred Hadar
Ziemba,my daughter.presently residing at Monongar_ela.Washington Count J
Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns,the one-half thereof.and to Amil S.
Hadar,my son.his heirs and assigns.the other one-half thereof.
ITEM III.I nominate,constitute and appoin:Amil S.Hadar,Execu-
tor.and Mildred Hodor Ziemba,Executrix,of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment,and direct that they shall serve without bond in any jurisdiction in
which they may act.
