LA~1 WILL AND TESTAMEN'r:

JAMES WESLEY CHANNING
I,JA1mS VfESLEY CHANNING,of California,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I give and bequeath to my sons Gilbert,Verne,
and Wesley,all my carpenter's tools to be divided equally among
them,share and share alike.
SEC01ID:I give and bequeath to my daughters,Elsie and-
Lelia all of my furniture and household effects which at the time
of my death shall be in,about,or belonging to the house in which
I may reside at my decease.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughters Elsi'
and Lelia all of my interest in any real estate of which I die
seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at my decease.

FOURTH:I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest and
residue of my estate,personal and mixed of which I die seized or
possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at my decease to my
children,Gilbert,Verne,Wesley,Elsie,and Lelia,to be divided
equally among them,share and share alike.
FIFTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my son Verne,
and my d£ughter Elsie,Co-Executors of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment,an~I direct that they shall not be required to enter securit
in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
