LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT---

IGNACZY BONCZEK
I,IGNACZY BONCZEK,a resident of the Borough of
Canonsburg,County of Washington,and State of Pennsylvania,
I
being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form
following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by
me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid by my.Executors hereinafter
named,as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my death,in equal shares to the following named children
of mine:Alex W.Bonczek,Paul Bonczek,Catherine Lesefko,
Edward C.Bonczek,Rose F.Blair and Martha Donahue,share and
share alike.
THIRD:In case any of my children above named should
predecease me,his or her share shall be then equally divided
amongst the survivors of the above named children living after
my death.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
sons,ALEX W.BONCZEK and PAUL BONCZEK,my Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament and do hereby state that no bond need be
