Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.I direct that all expenses attributable to my last illness and funeral be fully paid and satisfied,as
soon as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give and bequeath the sum of $400.00 to my beloved
daughter,Elizabeth.
Third.The balance and remainder of my estate,real,personal and
mixed,I give,bequeath and devise to my beloved son,Charles Dziacek.
