REGISTER.)burg Borough,Greene County,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understandi~g,do make
this my last vall and testament,hereby revoking and making void
any and all other wills by me at any time heretofore made.That
is to say:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funpral expenses
costs of settling my estate be fully paid and satisfied.
S COND:I give to the Greene County Historical Society
the sum of One Hundred (~100.00)Dollars.
T3IRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
I give,devise and bequeath to my brother,J.E.Biggins,absolutely.
AND LASTLY I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
brother,J.E.Biggins,as executor of this my will to act without
bond.

this 28th day of May,1947.

Igranting Letters of Administration in and for said county,person-
ally ppea~ed Harry C.Snyder and Elizabeth L.Stephenson sub-
scribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of ,vriting,pur-
porting t be the last ~ill and testament of Alice Biggins late of
Naynesburg Borough in the county of Greene,deceased,who,being
duly S10rn according to law,~e90se and say that they were person-
ally present and saw and heard the said testatrix sign,seal,pub-
lish and declare the foregoing instrument of y~iting as and for her
Ilast will and testament,and that they signed their names as wit-
nesses tothe said instrument of writing in the nresence of the said
testatrix and at her request,and in the presence of each other,
and at the time of signing the same she,the said testatrix was of
sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,to the best of
their knovuedge and belief,and that as they shall answer to God
at the last Great Day.
