I,LUVEr.~A W.HORNE,of North Bethlehem Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make this my last
will:
1.All of my just debts and funeral expenses shall
be paid as soon as convenient.
2.I devise and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred and
No/IOO ($300.00)Dollars to the Scenery Hill Methodist Church in
memory of my grandchildren to be used by the officers of the
church as they see fit.
3.I devise and becueath my home farm in North Bethle-
hem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my son Willis
Horne provided how~ver that hE shall pay each of his brothers the
sum of Three Thousand and No/IOO ($3,000.00)Dollars,that is
William Horne,Three Thousand and No/IOO ($3,000.00)Dollars,and
Byron Horne,Three Thousand and No/IOO ($3,000.00)Dollars;and
he shall have one year after my death to pay said sums without
interest.If the said sums are not paid within said year,then
the farm shall be sold and the money derived from it shall be
equally divided among my three sons.The sale shall be made by
my executors either publicly or privately as they see fit and
they shall sell said farm for such price and on such terms as
they see fit and shall deliver a deed or deeds therefor.
4.All the rest and residue of my estate real and per-
sonal I devise and bequeath to my three sons in equal shares and

William Horne and Byron Horne.
