WILL OF HARRY B DA
I,HARRY B.DANLEY,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking any other Will or Wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to pay all
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient after my
decease.
_2 I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate of what-
soever kind and wheresoever situate to my beloved wife,V.Maude
Danley,if she be living at the time of my decease,provided,
however,that if my said wife shall have predeceased me or we shall
have died in a common disaster,then and in such event I direct that
my said estate shall be divided equally between my daughter,Lois D.
McVay and my son,Donald L.Danley.
3 I direct that in event the distribution of my estate
shall go to my children any balance of debt owing by my children or
either of them to me together with interest as agreed upon shall be
considered and charged as an advancement against said child's
distributive share in my said estate.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,V.Maude
Danley,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,provided,
however,that if my said w:fe shall have predeceased me or be unable
to qualify then and in such event I appoint my son,Donald L.Danley,
to be such Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this 1962.
