LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANDREW CUPEC,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses
.of my illness.
SECOND:I direct my daughter,Mildred Wassil,to pay the
expenses of my funeral from the benefits received from the
insurance policy of the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the
United States.Should the expenses be over these benefits,I
direct they be taken out of my estate.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
Mildred Wassil and son,Sylvester Cupec,to be divided equally
in between the two.In event of their death,the share of
Mildred Wassil is to be divided equally in among her husband,
Nick,and children,Diane and Joyce.The share of Sylvester'
Cupec is to be divided equally in among his wife,Ann,and
children,Edward,Patricia,Donna,Catherine,and Anthony.
FDURTH:I constitute and appoint my daughter,Mildred Wassil,
as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,ANDREW CUPEC,Testator above named,
have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the
