I,Anna Burya,of Peters Township,Washington County,Penn-
syl!ania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and under-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare ~he following to
be my Last Will and Testamenr,hereby revoking and making void any
and all ills by me at any time heretofore made:
First:I direct tnat my Executor,hereinafter named,pay
all my just debts ana funeral expenses as soon as may be convenien~-
ly done after my decease.
Second:I will and bequeath unto my daughter,Anna Putz,
the sum of Four Hundred (400.00)Dollars,absolutely.
Third:I will and bequeath unto my daughter,Justine Burya
the sum of Four Hundred (400.00)Dollars,absolutelY.
Fourth:I will,devise and bequeath unto my son,Rudolph
Burya,alloCthe rest,residue and remainder of my property,real,
personal and mixed,w eresoever the same may be located and in
whatever form the same may be;unto hi ,my said son,his heirs
and assigns forever.
I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,RUdolp
Burya,the Executor of this,my I:iast Will and Testament.
