I,OLIVE S.HART,of North Franklin Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all silverware which I may own at
the time of my death to my daughter,Pearl Hart Varner.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,real,personal,
or rrixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my
0hree (3)children,Pearl Hart Varner,Ray (Hess)Hart,and Arthur
~art,share and share alike.
M{D LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my three
(3)children,Pearl Ha.r,t Varner,Ray (Hess)Hart,and Arthur Hart,
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
