KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,John J.Clar-
ey,also known as John Clarey,now residing at No.312 First
Street,in The Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylva-
nia:having full legal capacity so to do,do hereby make,pub-
lish and declare this Instrument to be my Last Will and Testa-
ment [hereby revoking and makirtg void all and every will or wills
by me at anytime heretofore made},in manner and form as follows;
ONE I direct my executrix hereinafter named,as
soon after my decease as may be properly done,to pay all of my
just debts,funeral expenses,inheritance or succession taxes
lawfully chargeable against my estate by reason of my decease,
and the expenses of the settlement of my estate.
TWO I will,devise and bequeath all of the es-
tate of which I may die seized or possessed,both real and per-
sonal property,and wheresoever situate or found;and remaining
after the payment of all of the several items and charges di-
rected to be paid in the preceding paragraph ONE hereof,unto
my sister,Mary Ellen Clarey,in fee simple and absolutely.
THREE I hereby nominate,:constitute and appoint
my said sister,Mary Ellen Clarey,to be the sale executrix of
this my said Last Will and Testament.
