First.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,a8 soon a8 conveniently may be,after my decea8e. SECOND.I direct my executor,John Quinn,hereinafter appointed,t sell my house and lot in the Village of Bishop,Cecil Township,Wash- ington County,Pennsylvania,whenever,in his opinion,the best price can be had for the same,but for a sum of not less than Six Thousand ($6,000.00)Dollars,unless there should be such a change in condi- tions that my said executor feels a sale at a smaller price is for the best interest of my estate,as to which fact his opinion shall be controlling.In the exercise of this power of sale,he shall have complete authority to make,execute and deliver any deed,agreement, option or any other paper proper and necessary for the conveyance of a title in fee simple.And pending such sale,my said executor shall have full power and authority to lease,manage and control the said property,pay the taxes and insurance and other expenses,keep the same in repair and do any other act or thing necessary for the proper care thereof,and securing an adequate income therefrom.
