I,EUGEKE 3.DUTTON,of the Village of Taylorstown,
Blaine Township,Wa~hington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby
make,publish and delcare this my Last Will and Testament,
revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made:
1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as con-
venient after my decease.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath~share and share alike,unto my two
sons,E.BROOKS DUTTON and DENNIS E.DUTTON.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint ny said
sons,E.BROOKS DUTTON and DENNIS E.DUTTON,or either of
them,to be Executors of this my Last Will and Testament
and direct that no bonds shall be required of them or of
either of them in any jurisdiction in which t~ey or either
of them shall serve.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I set my hand and seal to
