LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,BARNETT A.BONHAM,usually known as B.A.BONHAM,
of South Franklin Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
do make and publish the following as and for my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made:
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as possible after my decease by my
Executors.
SECOND.To my son,Francis Merle Bonham,I give
and bequeath the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),and
to my granddaughter,Lois Jean Breese,the sum of One Hundred
Dollars ($100.00).
THIRD.All the rest and residue of my estate,after
the paYment of the above legacies,I give,devise and bequeath
unto my three children,B.Stanley Bonham,Irena K.Ames and
Francis Merle Bonham,share and share alike.
AND LASTLY,I do hereby constitute and appoint my
son,Francis Merle Bonham,and my daughter,Irena K.Ames,
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this fourteenth day of December,A.D.1943.
