LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HAUGHT,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make m:y Last Will and Testament,
and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct the payment out ot m:y estate of the
expenses ot my illness and f'lmeral.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath in equal shares
.to my children,Charles A.Haug.~t,of'Clinton,Pennsylvania,
Mildred L.Adams,of Santa Anna,California,Donald C.Haught,
of R.D.#3,Washington,Pennsylvania,and Beverly L.,Haught,
of Washington,Pennsylvania,their heirs and assigns forever.
3.I nominate,constitute and appoint my sons,
Charles A.Haught and Donald C.Haught,Executors of'this my
Will,and I direct that they shall not be required to enter
seeurity in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
