I,EMMA L.HANEY,widow,of South Strabane Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make and publish the foll~ng
as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all former
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my funeral expenses and the expenses
of my last illness by paid as soon as possible after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the house and lots
numbered 27 and 28 in the Streator Place Plan of Lots in South
Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my grand-
daughter,Doris Elaine Martin,absolutely and forever.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate,of
whatsoever the same may consist,real,personal and mixed,I give,
devise and bequeath unto my son,S.Reed Haney,and my granddaughter,
Doris Elain Martin,share and share alike.
LASTLY:I do hereby constitute and appoint my son,S.
Reed Haney,executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
