LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I,JOHN H.DEBOLT,of West Alexander,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make this my Will,hereby revoking any and all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as
practicable after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
of every nature and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath
as follows:
(a)The 1/4 thereof to the Methodist Hospital
and Home for the Aged,at Mt.Lebanon,Pa.;
(b)The 1/4 thereof to the Board of Pensions of
the Pittsburgh Conference of the Methodist
Church;
(c)The 1/4 thereof to the World Service Program
of the Methodist Church;
(d)The 1/4 thereof to the Methodist Church Union
of the Pittsburgh Conference,to be used,
first,for the care and maintenance of my
nephew,Walter Debolt,for and during the
term of his natural life;second,for the pay-
ment of the funeral expenses of the said Walter
Debolt;and at his death,to pay the net income
from the money then remaining to the Ward Home
for Children,50 Moffet Road,Pittsburgh,Pa.
THIRD:I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to first
sell the Bonds in my estate for the payment of taxes and adminis-
tration expenses;and further,I direct the above named legatees
to accept from my Executor,in kind,any or all of my investments
or property,real or personal.
FOURTH:I direct my Executor to pay all Federal,State
and other death taxes payable because of my death,including any
interest and penalty imposed in connection with such taxes,as a
part of the expense of administration of my estate,and said taxes
shall not be charged against the particular share of my nephew,
Walter Debolt.
FIFTH:In the event that the charitable bequests above
made should fail by reason of my death within thirty (30)days
from the date hereof,then it is my will,and I hereby direct
that the provisions of my former Will,made April 6,1960,shall
be in effect,excepting only that the Trustee therein named shall
carry out the provisions of this Will insofar as my nephew,
Walter Debolt,is concerned.
SIXTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint Alexander
McIlvaine,of Washington,Pa.,Executor of this my Will,and I
direct that he shall not be required to enter security in any
jurisdiction in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this
my Last Will and Testament this 2.tf-1'S-t day of July,1961.
