LAST WILL A~D TESTAMENT
I,Joseph P.Darney,of Box 88,Fredericktown,County of Washington,
State of Pennsylvani~,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and de:lare this to be my Last Will anj Testament
in manner and form following:
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
Second:I direct that all my real estate and personal property
and all moneys and bonds on hand,in banks and due me at the
time of my decease be transferred to my wife,Mary Darney.
Third:In the event that my wife,Mary Darney,precedes me in death,
I direct that my estate as set forth above be divided equally among
my following children:Albert Darney of Carmi:haels,Greene County,
Pa.and William Darney,Beallsville,Washingto~County,Pa.
I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my wife,Mary Darney,
of Fredericktown,Washington County,Pa.to be my Executrix of
this my Last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I,Joseph P.Darney,have here and to subsc~ibed
my name and affixed my seal the 18th day of November in the year--of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above ~ame,Joseph P.
Darney,as for his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us,
who have hereunto sucscribed our names at his request as witnesses
