LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JAMES B.CULBERTSON,of Canton Township,Washington County,

Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,
Ipublish and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking all
i former wills by me at any time heretofore made.

ITEM 1 - I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
ITEM 2 - I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,both real and personal,to my wife,Diana D.
Culbertson,if she is living at the time of my death.
ITEM 3 -In the event that my said'wife dies during my lifetime I give,
devise and bequeath all tractors,mowing machines,trucks,tools and equip-
ment used in the building and lawn maintenance work to my two sons in equal
shares,namely -James B.Culbertson,Jr.,and David W.Culbertson,and al
the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give,devise and bequeath to my
three children in equal shares,namely -James B.Culbertson,Jr.,Dorothy L
Henderson and David W.Culbertson.
ITEM 4 - I nominate,constitute and appoint my said wife,Diana D.
=:ulbertson,as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In the event that
y said wife is not living at the time of my death I hereby nominate,constitute
nd appoint my son,James B.Culbertson,Jr.,as Executor,and hereby
uthorize and direct my said Executrix or Executor as the case may be to sell
and convey by proper instruments any real estate or interest therein which I
~ay own at the time of my death.
