FRANCES BUT OUT
I,FRANCES BUTOUT,of North Bethlehem Township,
ashington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and
Testament,and revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct the p~yment out of my estate of the
expenses of my illness and funeral.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to Amelia Butout all my
personal property and all articles of personal and household use,
equipment and ornament.
THIRD:I give and devise my real estate as follows:
One-third (1/3)to my daughter Amelia,One-third (1/3)to my
daughter Christine,and One-third (1/3)to my son John,their
heirs and assigns,forever.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint Amelia
Butout executrix of this my Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this
