I,STEPHEN HUTGHKO,.of Elrama,.County of Washington,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,.being of sound mind and memory,do
hpre-.:>y make,.publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in
manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofo:-e made
by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,
real,.per sonal or mixed,of whatever nature and wherever situate,which I
may own or have the right tc dispose ::>F at the time of my death to my wife,
IRENE CATHERINE HUTCHKO,to have and to hold the same to her ov.-n use,
absolutely and forever.
THIRD:1£my beloved wife,IRENE CATHERINE HUTCHKO,.
predeceases me,or if she dies simul:aneously with me as the result of a
