LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
CLYDE G.CALDWELL.
I,CLYDE G.CALDWELL,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory
do make this my Last Will and Testament as follows:
FIRST.I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently
may be done after my decease.
SECOND.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,to my wife,Ruth E.Caldwell.
THIRD.I hereby appoint my wife,Ruth E.Caldwell,to
be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
Should I,myself,and my wife,the said Ruth E.Caldwell,
become deceased at the same time by accident or otherwise,in that
event I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate to my children,
share and share alike and appoint my daughter,Margaret E.Leaver,
to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,CLYDE G.CALDWELL,the Testator,
tIhavehereuntosetmyhandandsealthis2.&.....day of July,1946.
