last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and makin~void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
I dev-ise and bequeath to my beloved Frank L.Holzapfel IiIll of
my property whether esl Estate or personal and miscellaneous
belongings.Being provided that any Real Estate that may be in
my name,my decease,shall be for his use during his lifetime
and on his decease any Real Estate that may be willed to him
under this Will is to become the property of our four children,
namely,Kenneth Gerald Holzapfel,H"Belle Miller,William Raymond
